Extensions for Joomla! 4.x • Joomla\Plugin\System\Weblinks\Extension\Weblinks" not found

Hello,

I got the error message: Class "Joomla\Plugin\System\Weblinks\Extension\Weblinks" not found

after upgrading weblinks from 4.01 to 4.31 using Joomla 4.3.3 installation. Now I can't neither access the backend (the message above is displayed) nor the frontend where it states the same message.

Any ideas how to fix this issue?
